·         The product is in the same condition as when it was received, with no signs of damage or alterations.

RETURN PROCESS

·          If your item is eligible for a return, you can initiate the return request through your Order History page in your AMC TRADINGS user account.

·         Our returns team will contact you within 24 hours for claim validation.

·         Once confirmed, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item from your location for return.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

·         To initiate an order cancellation, please promptly notify us through any of the following channels: phone, email, WhatsApp, live chat, or our official social media pages.

PAYMENT REFUNDS

·          Refunds will be processed within 2-4 working days after the returned product has been inspected and approved for a return.

Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment. Refunds to a credit/debit card may take up to 10 business days to reflect. Refunds to a bank account usually take 1-5 business days to arrive in your bank account.
